1. Reset Factory Defaults

a. Press and hold the appropriate keys until the phone asks for a password (see below)


  • For IP 301, 501, 550, 600, 601, 650, 670 use: 4, 6, 8 and *
  • For IP 320, 321, 330, 331, 335, 430, 450, 560, 7000 use: 1, 3, 5, and 7
  • For IP 4000 and 6000 use: 6, 8 and *

b. Enter the password: 789 (if this doesn't work try the default password: 456. The phone's MAC address, using lowercase letters, will also always work.)

c. Press Enter; the phone should reboot

2. Provisioning the Phone

a. As the phone boots press the Setup button when it appears. If you miss the window to hit 'Setup' you will need to reboot the phone to get to this step again.

b. Enter the password: 789 (if this doesn't work try the default password: 456)

c. Using the arrow buttons scroll down to the Server Menu, press Select

d. Edit the Server Type to HTTP using the arrow keys

e. Edit the Server Address to ndp.mytelepath.com/cfg

      -You can change the characters with the appropriate soft key

      -Press the * key to get the . symbols and the # key to get the / (slash) symbol

f. Press Back until you're given the option to Save and Reboot

g. Save and Reboot

3. Verify Configuration

a. Let the phone boot to the main screen

b. Verify the phone loads with the correct extension

c. Test the phone to verify it is working
