Upon logging in to the portal the Home Dashboard will be displayed where the user is able to manage new messages, set answering rules, see active phones, and preview call history. Take a moment to become familiar with each of these sections.
The following actions may be performed:
1. Listen to the message from the browser
2. Listen to the message from the phone
3. Forward the message to another mailbox
4. Download the message
5. Save the message on the system
6. Delete the message
Select a configured answering rule and preview the settings from the Active Answering Rule box.
Review a list of active devices associated with the extension from the Active Phones box.
View a list of most recent placed, received and missed calls from the Recent Call History box.
