1. Reset Factory Defaults

a. Press and hold the 1, 3, and 5 keys until the phone asks for a password

b. Enter the password: 789 (if this doesn't work try the default password, which is 456; if that also doesn't work, you can always use the phone's MAC address, using lowercase letters)

c. Press Enter; the phone should reboot

2. Provisioning the Phone

a. As the phone boots, you will see a 'Starting Application' message. Select 'Cancel' right away so the phone doesn't boot. If you miss this and the phone boots, reboot the phone and retry this step.

b. Press the Setup button when it appears. Like the last step, this option is only available for a few seconds. If you miss this option, you'll need to reboot the phone and try again.

c. Enter the password: 789 (if this doesn't work try the default password: 456)

d. Using the arrow buttons (if necessary), scroll to Provisioning Server, press Select

e. Edit the Server Type to HTTP

f. Edit the Server Address to ndp.mytelepath.com/cfg

      -You can change the characters with the appropriate soft key

      -Press the * key to get the . symbols and the # key to get the / (slash) symbol

g. Press Back until you're given the option to Save and Reboot

h. Save and Reboot

3. Verify Configuration

a. Let the phone boot to the main screen

b. Verify the phone loads with the correct extension

c. Test the phone to verify it is working
