To sign into the MyVoice Portal:
1. Visit https://voice.mytelepath.com in your web browser (Google Chrome is recommended, but not required.)
2. Enter the Login Name and Password and click Log In
Every extension on the MyTelepath network has an individual and unique portal account. By default the Login Name for each account uses the format:
xxxx@domain
...where 'xxxx' is the user's extension number and 'domain' is the customer domain (this is usually just the name of the business, but please contact us if you aren't certain of what this is. The password for this account is not the same as a user's voicemail password.
There is a link labeled "Are you a new user?" on the login screen that can be used to set up an account for the first time.
