There are a number of ways you can manage your voicemail through the user portal. These are detailed below.

Checking For Messages

To check your messages, simply click on the 'messages' button at the top of the portal. If you have any unheard messages, you'll see a number in a red circle on that icon:

Once you're there, you'll see a 'play' icon next to each message in the messages tab. Clicking on this will play the message in your browser without downloading it. Highlighting a message will display three more options, which let you, from left to right - download the message, move it to your saved messages, or delete it.

Change How You Receive Messages

You can also change how you receive your messages via the 'Settings' tab. Clicking on this tab will give you a number of different options for how your voicemail works and where it is sent. These options are detailed below.

If for some reason you do not wish to receive voicemail at all, you can deselect the option shown above.

These options adjust how messages are played back when listening to them on your phone. 'Sort voicemail inbox by latest first' will do just that, while deselecting this will do the opposite. The latter two options dictate whether the time and/or caller ID number is played back before playing each message.

These settings allow you to listen to your greetings, and change which one is active. It also includes options for uploading and even recording new greetings, though it is recommended that you do this on your device to ensure that the audio is encoded correctly. Many audio file types will either not work at all or play as loud static, and making recordings via the phone's interface ensures that this won't be an issue.

Many users prefer to have their voicemails sent to them via email instead of through their phones. The 'Unified Messaging' lets you enable this. 'Send w/ attachment (move to trash)' will send messages to email exclusively, though you can also leave the messages as new on your phone. You can also have a link to each message sent to you if you prefer. NOTE: You must have an email address listed in your profile in order to use this feature.

With all of these options, make sure to hit 'Save' if you make any changes.
