Every answering rule requires a "time frame" for it to fall into. The default time frame doesn't restrict in any way, so if you need your phone to behave differently at different times of day or for a certain period of time, you'll need to create the appropriate time frame.


To make changes to your time frames, click on the 'Time Frames' icon at the top of the portal. To add a time frame, click on 'Add Time Frame'.



Each time frame needs an identifying name, and then needs to be narrowed down to a certain time range. "Certain days of the week and times" let you specify those sorts of ranges - 9-5 on Monday through Friday, for instance - while "Specific dates or ranges" is good for a one-time occurrence. An example of a three-day time frame is shown below.



After creating a time frame, you can edit or delete it by highlighting the time frame and clicking on one of the icons as shown below.
