Upon logging in to the portal, the second main option from the left is 'Messages':
If you have any new messages, a number of actions may be taken:
1. Listen to the message from the browser
2. Listen to the message from the phone
3. Forward the message to another mailbox
4. Download the message
5. Save the message on the system
6. Delete the message
The 'Settings' tab has several options, including for managing and listening to greetings and voicemail-to-email features:
